For small orders it is difficult to change the major dimensions of a product due to the expensive tooling costs.

SSL would expect a 30% deposit of the total costs and the remaining 70% on delivery. Manufacturing time will normally be 4-6 weeks depending on design and quantity. For totally new designs the tool lead time is normally 4 weeks.

An example of an order:

If an estate wishes to order the Recycle Stack for each floor, we recommend one stack for servicing no more than six apartments. This number of apartments per floor is normally high, so it works out at one Recycle Stack per floor. If we know the number of floors we can give the client a basic quote immediately (this will not include the optional extras).

Delivery costs will be based on destination. In Hong Kong delivery costs are generally free (unless orders are less than 100pcs Recycle Stacks [200pcs Recycle Units] equivalent).

We will send out a detailed 'Quotation Form' for the clients consideration. When the client accepts the offer and returns to us our 'Confirmation of Order' form, signed and chopped, we will then invoice them. Once the deposit is received the machines will start to roll. However, for regular customers no deposit is required, just a single payment paid within a month of delivery.

We manufacture to order for our clients, so do not keep stock. Each order is different.
